Some of the tasks you will be responsible for:

  • You will support and maintain existing partners and are responsible as a central contact person for the development of long-term relationships that will provide partner added value to babelforce.
  • Together with our Head of Sales, you will identify and analyse potential strategic partnerships and develop individual business relationships and processes with our partners to create new partnering opportunities and ultimately more sales revenue for babelforce
  • You will build the lead funnel with partners and are responsible for development, planning and goal achievements from partnerships within the sales organisation
  • You will support the development and expansion of the babelforce Partner Program all across Europe in the target markets of babelforce.
  • You will work closely with Marketing on the conception and organisation of partner marketing materials, studies and events that will serve the entire sales organisation.
  • You will develop all processes that originate in the Partnership Management unit of the company and work closely with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success to introduce more value into the day to day partnership management activities

You will definitely need to have:

  • You have 3+ years of professional experience in a fast growing company building strong partner relationships that lead to increased sales revenue.
  • Verifiable evidence of building and successfully running a significant pipeline of resellers and ecosystem partners that are enabled to add value to the sales organisation
  • Verifiable evidence of winning new partnerships by managing the entire process from initial contact to signature of joint agreements
  • You will have experience of involving and working with partners in the SaaS and business solutions ecosystem, e.g. tier 1 and 2 SIs, Microsoft, Google Cloud, AWS, Salesforce, Zendesk, Freshdesk & Kustomer among others.
  • Experience with products for contact centers is a big plus. You will know about Customer Service, CRM Applications, Customer Experience and Customer Centricity. Ideally you will also have a good knowledge of call centre or telecommunications products or projects.
  • A professional and methodical way of handling multiple partnerships with a broad set of stakeholders and key players
  • Hands on and proactive approach – you are the source of urgency and the engine that makes things happen.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross functional audiences.
  • A high level of self-organisation, adaptability, and the ability to remain level headed under pressure.
  • You speak English fluently (fluency in any other European language is a plus).
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work in dynamic and quick moving teams is crucial for this role.
