MVPs are the key to success in your CX initiatives.

Here’s what I mean:

Once you are settled on your approach to CX and start new initiatives, you must ask:

“What’s the fastest possible way to build the first variant of that?”

Come up with the minimum viable product (MVP) to see how it’s working with the system and then roll it out.

Keep the scope of the MVP limited so that you can finish it in 2-3 weeks.

If you build this discipline within your organization, it’ll become your superpower.

Even when doing a large transformation (e.g., completely reorienting your CX approach), once the strategy is laid out, you must begin implementing it using small, agile projects.
