We launched our Kustomer integration
We recently launched our Kustomer integration!!!
For folks who don’t know, it’s a large CRM/ticketing case management system.
It’s been fantastic working with them for 2 major reasons:
– Just like us, they put conversations at the center of everything they do.
– They’re also a No-Code house, allowing people to build whatever they desire within their customer experience and customer service organizations.
It’s been an absolute pleasure working with Sam Collin, Bryan Walters, Matthew Chabrier, Jeremy Maher, and other people from Kustomer.
We’re already offering this integration to a global financial services company (I can’t reveal their name yet….)
Super excited to see what we build with Kustomer over the coming months and years.
