3 Things I’ve Learned From Adrian Swinscoe
Here are the top 3 things I learned from @Adrian Swinscoe:
1. Be brilliant at the basics:
You can do many things in a contact center, and there’s always a new trend.
But it’s vital to be brilliant at 1 or 2 channels rather than spreading yourself too thin.
2. “You can have everything in life you want, if you will just help other people get what they want.”
This is a quote from Zig Zigler that I picked from @Adrian.
It appeals to me personally and is deeply embedded in the way we work at @babelforce to help our customers achieve what they want.
3. Be great at a few things rather than average at many:
It’s similar to # 1, but it’s more general.
For example, we find it’s often more important to enable our customers to seriously build on their existing services rather than adding a high-tech AI solution on top.
