I’m Inspired by Webflow’s CEO Vlad Magdalin

Here are 2 things I admire about Webflow’s CEO, Vlad Magdalin:

1. His willingness to be vulnerable in public

Because he wears his heart on his sleeve:
– He has more honest conversations
– He gives people like me who are reading his tweets real food for thought

I’ll be honest, I’d find it difficult to be vulnerable so openly.

But I think we do achieve the same thing internally in our organization.

2. His unwillingness to give up easily

In one of his tweets, he lays out the timeline of how he got rejected by investors 4 times but did eventually get the money he needed to start his company.

My team and I believe the same thing – anything worth doing is hard.

In fact, it took three attempts to start babelforce because I couldn’t get the right mix of people and resources together the first 2 times.

I’ve learned a lot from Vlad and find many similarities in how he approaches doing business.

If you’re interested in topics like No-Code and company culture, I highly recommend following Vlad on Twitter.
